What does Rhino do with my junk once removed?
We do our best to recycle or donate any items that can be used by someone else. If not, your junk will be taken to the nearest landfill.
How long will it take to schedule & remove my junk?
Once one of our highly qualified team members quotes you for your junk removal, we can estimate how long the job will take. Most Junk Removal jobs are quick and easy. We can usually get you scheduled right away, the same week or the next day in some cases.
What types of Covid-19 and general safety precautions does Rhino take?
We take all precautions in order to ensure your safety. Please let us know if you have special requests for our team members to take.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash and all major credit cards.
How will I know all my junk will fit into your truck?
Our prices are based on the space available in our 15 cubic yard trucks. For example, one large room full of junk would be a full load. Don't hesitate to call if you have any questions about a specific item.
How do I know what size dumpster to rent?
When you call, you will reach an actual Rhino team member ready to help you find the right dumpster size for your removal job. We have 10, 15 and 20-yard dumpsters. If you are still unsure, give us a call at 501) 448-6305.
What kinds of junk can a residential dumpster hold?
​You can place any kind of household junk into our dumpsters for our residential customers. Such as furniture and appliances, yard debris and junk, DIY project debris, remodeling or reno debris, and much more.
What is Rhino's service area?

What can be placed in a dumpster rental for commercial, construction, or retail uses?
You can place all general junk into our dumpsters for our commercial or retail clients. Such as new construction debris, reno debris, old appliances or furniture, large boxes, moving and relocation junk, remodeling materials, and much more. No hazardous materials.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash and all major credit cards.
How far in advance do you need to book a dumpster rental?
You can fill out a request to book form on our dumpster booking info page or call us at (501) 448-6305. As long as we have the dumpster size you need, we can usually deliver within the same week, in some cases, next day.
Do I need to be home when my dumpster is being delivered?
No, you do not have to be home when we deliver your dumpster. Our driver will contact you within an hour of delivering your dumpster, and you can let him know where you want the dumpster placed. You can even make your payment over the phone while talking to our driver. Rhino does our best to make dumpster delivery Affordable, Fast, and Easy!
